Air leaks will be found on a room by room basis using sophisticated test equipment, Infrared cameras and experience. When the audit is completed you will know what is needed to make improvements in energy usage and where you will get the biggest gains ant the quickest cost recovery.
Deficiencies in equipment, insulation and the house's systems will be revealed and the reccommended solutions reviewed. The $300 you will spend is easily recovered very quickly along with added savings forever after any improvments are made.
An Energy Audit will take three to five hours to complete and a complete report will be available in a couple of days.
